TEN COMMANDMENTS THAT GUARANTEE SUCCESS
(Part One)
INTRODUCTION When you're between a rock and a hard place, or when you meet the "Amalekites" in your life, the good thing is to know and understand that God in His faithfulness in conjunction with the crisis will give us the output. This should make us stand in the Lord. This time we will reflect on: "Ten Commandments guarantee you success in everything you do" The journey through the desert and stay in the Promised Land would not be easy for Israel, just as our walk through life is not easy, but is dangerous in front of this, God gives us Ten Commandments farantizaran us success in this move. The first is:
I. - JUST GIVE GOD THE FIRST PLACE. Exodus 20: 1 to 3
A. - The mandate is clear: "You shall have no other gods before me", a god is an idol. An idol is something that takes away from the place that belongs to the Lord.
B. - In the transition from life there are many people or things that take the first place to God.
1 .- Our body can become an idol, our body is a temple and dwelling of the Holy Spirit and obviously we care for and protect them, without falling into the error of this deal you care so long that you no longer stop to talk to your Lord, to praise and glorify Him. 2 .- Our
spouse can be an idol, like the human body is worthless, your spouse also has its own value, we need to love, honor, respect and care but without idolatry. Some people say: "Without you I die" or "If you leave me, kill me"
3 .- Our children, work, money and even the ministry itself can become an idol. Care to take away the first place to God!
C. - What does the word?
1 .- Delight yourself ... Psalm 37: 4
2 .- Seek first ... Matthew 6:33
3 .- You shall love the Lord your God ... Deuteronomy 6:5
D. - Lord wants to give you first in everything. What place in your life?
The second commandment that success is chalk gara:
II .- ONLY HONOR HIM. Exodus 20: 4 to 7
A. - The command of God is clear about not us pictures, or any likeness of what is up in heaven or on earth beneath, or bow, nor honor.
B. - One of the great mistakes of Israel in the wilderness was to attribute to a golden calf, the miracle of liberation, Exodus 32:4. There were a picture and gave attribution miraculous.
C. - At present there are many people who are attributing miracles to some objects (stone, plaster, metal), but how many are also recognizing, honoring and attributing to people our reach? Believing that so and so did us the favor and brought us out of the mess that we were, thus taking away the honor that belongs only to God.
D. - If there is anything going to help us in our travel through the land is to give all the glory and all honor to the Lord. Someone helped you and you reached out to that walked out of a crisis, only comes from God.
CONCLUSION .- Israel died in the desert because he had taken the glory to God. If you and I querermos victorious reach our promised land, let us first place Let's honor God and Him alone
