Speak every man truth with his neighbor. Ephesians 4.25
You find yourself in a dilemma: Should you tell the truth or not? The question you should ask yourself at this point is: God bless my mistake? "Bless him, who hates lies, a strategy built on lies? The Lord who loves the truth, falsehoods bless a business? "God honors the career of a manipulator? ... I do not think so.
Examine your heart. Ask yourself some tough questions.
Am I completely honest with my wife and kids? Is my relationship characterized by candor? What about the environment at work or school? Am I honest in my dealings? I'm a student trustworthy? Am I honest in my tax payment?
You say the truth ... forever?
If not, start today. Do not wait until tomorrow. The wave of lies today will be a morning wave, and a flood next year.
