Most people are not aware that in certain places around the world, the local church is experiencing phenomenal growth. It is what many call an "explosive " stage of growth. But the question immediately arises: " Your phone's internal structures and systems are able to support all that growth? . "
No matter what kind of church I serve or the continent on which you serve, the temptation for all church leaders who have the blessing of the increase of God is completely revel in the influx of new people and forget to make plans to see how they can assimilate all those people in his ministry.

When we focus so much and only plans to meet new people in our church that we prepare the infrastructure for the event that all this plan to fruition, surely made many mistakes.
advice? Have a bold plan for explosive growth! Expect God to answer your fervent prayers and do your part bringing people to your church. Just be sure to address the needs that will bring all of that growth.
